RETURN POLICY

In the event of a return or exchange of a product, the following conditions apply:

1. There is no option to return the product after completing the purchase process

2. We do not return the product after opening its original packaging

3. Ivy will replace the product if it arrives damaged to the customer, and the replacement will take place within 15 days from the date of notifying us of the damage

4. Ivy Company bears the shipping cost in the event that the product arrives damaged to the customer

5. Ivy Company bears the shipping cost in the event that the product arrives incomplete to the customer

6. There is an advantage of replacing the product with another product, provided that the customer bears the shipping cost and pays the difference within a maximum period of 3 days from receipt the product
